Once again, Andrew and I got the AMAZING opportunity to go to Washington D.C. and New York City. It was a wonderful trip together, a nice break, just enough time to be so excited to be back! The stand outs of D.C. were Iwo Jima
(at night, under a large moon--super cool), running around the Washington Monument
(not Andrew's fav.), and Arlington cemetery that is always humbling.

New York's highlights were Chelsea Market
(sadly no where to be found--a I heart Chelsea t-shirt), Washington Square Park, and 3 broadway shows--Memphis
(my fav.), Spiderman, & How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying
(with Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter).

We came home to happy, healthy kids. Man, I love those kids! Jack was thrilled to have Woody PJs. Here's his "YEE-HAW".

Oh yeah, Emma standing on her own? Seriously for nearly 20 seconds at a time! She also said her first word thanks to my sister Brooke, "Mo" aka More.
(Video to come). She squawks when she wants more food and then yells "MO!!" It's so cute!

ENJOY!
