WARNING: I am going to rant for just a second, if you would like you can skip ahead, but here I go. I am SO sick of winter and the stupid "sick season". In the past month between Jack and I we have been to the doctor 5 times! FIVE TIMES! AWWW. Between eye infections, bad colds, rashes, and then just regular check ups we have seen enough of the doctor to last us...well a while. Okay, my rant is over, but seriously I am ready for spring to come and the joy of being healthy and outside comes. This last weekend, Jack broke out in a rash. Today at the Instacare, we found out it was a reaction to amoxicillin that he was taking for a ear infection the doctor found at his 12 month check up. You can see the pictures, it is so sad and not even the worst it got. I had a hard time not crying everytime I looked at him yesterday.
Today he is getting better and now that we have thrown out the amoxicillin we are looking forward to no more rash in a few days!
This was Jack's sleeping position during this morning's nap, I thought it was so funny and cute! You can still see his pink cheeks too.(oh and I just realized the spiderman sheets that don't match, great my OCD-ness is coming) All in all, as much as I have hated going to the doctor, I can't be more grateful to have them available, to have great insurance through Andrew's job. So though, I complained, we are so very blessed it is incredible.

Sad deal about the rash. At least you figured out what it is from. On another note, super cute 12 month pictures of Jack, I still need to do that!
Oh man- that's terrible! I am pretty much done with winter too and we've had a healthy one! Spring is sounding so nice right now...these last few warm days have gotten me excited. Your poor little boy...
That rash!!! Sad! Did you see my pics of sick Olivia? This is awful. We just need healthy babies and fun outside playdates at the park. That's alllll I want.
Oh man, poor kid! That looks...itchy! Did they let you give him Benedryl? We missed you at lunch, hope to see you in March!
