October Fun!

I know it may be a little eary to post costumes, but, my students threw a Halloween Carnival and since Drew is going to miss Jack's first Halloween (work is taking him to D.C.) we get dressed up so Daddy could see Jack and we could get a family picture. Jack is of course a Dog, and Drew, like normal is what Jack pees on so what else than a Fire Hydrant, and I'm a Cat. I can't even begin to tell you the battle it was to get Drew to just be the fire hydrant. He was a good sport and even let me take a bunch of pictures.

Sorry, some of the pictures are blurry. Our camera has been doing that...and well since we are constantly taking pictures of our growing boy, we just went out and got a new one. The next ones will be from the new camera and will be better.

Some ladies in our Branch invited me to a Mommy and Me group. They have been doing activities for some time now, but my first outing was to Pumpkinland just a few minutes away from our house. Unfortunately I forgot the camera but, one of the Moms was nice enough to take some of Jack and me then e-mail them to me. It is really fun to have other Moms to talk to, and hang out with.
Lastly, Drew and I were all excited to go out on a date, we were going to get dinner and go to a movie, then we went through the next couple of weeks and with Drew leaving we soon realized that our date night needed to be changed to Temple night. So sadly our date was moved for another day, however, it was wonderful to be in the Temple together. It always seems that life can throw whatever it wants at me, the day could have been terrible, but as we enter the temple we can dump it to the side. I love it! I'm sure our date will come soon, and the post will follow. ENJOY!
