UVU phoria!!!

Today was the celebration for UVSC becoming UVU. For those of you that read and don't know about Andrew and I--well we love UVU! Andrew served 2 years ago as the Student Body President and was very influential in getting the students involved in the change. He was the first person to dig a hole to break ground for the school's new library. As apart of the big party today Andrew and any other Student Body President's of the school were invited to break through the wall between the new library and the rest of the school. I was cool to see that all the work he put in finally paid off.

Kris Coles, Andrew, Jared Sumsion, and Joseph Watkins. The past 4 years of Student Body President's. Andrew succeeded Jared, Kris followed Andrew and Joseph serves currently.

Wacking the wall!

Hit it! Is it heavy?

All the Student Body Presidents that showed up and UVU President Sederburg.

Of course I have to add one picture of our little boy. Daddy already is pushing UV on him. I think he looks good in green!

Fun in the Sun, the Car, and with Family

This weekend was sure fun. My sister Brooke and her husband Justin flew in from Texas (where they are for the summer) to be sealed in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. It was wonderful to be there with all of my siblings but, my little sister that is still just 17.

First, this last week, Drew's brother was in town for a basketball camp--he flew out on Friday morning. So as Jack and I dropped him off, we picked up Brooke and Justin. The timing was perfect--then of course like most flights do, Brooke and Justin's flight was delayed. Therefore we had a lot of time on our hands. These first pictures are of Jack and I hanging out in the great Park and Wait at the Airport.

We then were able to go swimming...Jack's first time!! It took him a few minutes to get used to it but then he relaxed back in the little floaty and enjoyed the water. I am sure he will be very ready for swimming in Grandma and Grandpa Stones' pool over the 4th! We are way excited and in need of the vacation.

A (late) tribute to a Wonderful Daddy!

I feel awful that Father's Day was a week ago, I never gave Andrew the credit he deserves. I can't begin to express the love I have for him and the amazing father he already is. Each night we get into bed and as he finishes brushing his teeth, he walks into Jack's room to kiss him goodnight. He then, will join me in bed, which he will then get back up and go back into Jack's room, because of course that one time wasn't enough. The past few weeks have been tough too, because of his Master's program and things at work are just busy. But, he never complains, he just keeps pushing forward--making life possible for his family. We sure are blessed to have such a wonderful dad.

LAGOON!! It's where FUN is...

Every year UVU does a Lagoon Day, the department Andrew works for puts it together, food, activities, plus prizes and then of course the regular fun that Lagoon has. Even though Jack is really little we took him anyway, and though we didn't go on any roller coasters, it still was a fun day out in the sun, helping and hanging out with Andrew's co-workers and their families.

Bob Rasmussen & Jack--COOL TRICK, HUH!! Don't Worry Grandma Stone!! He is okay!!
